Admission Confirmation

Parents must confirm admission by visiting the school in person.

Admission Procedure

1. Applications for admission should be submitted using the Admission Form available at the school office.
2. The completed application form must be submitted along with the following documents at the school office: a. Photocopy of the student’s Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card (if applicable).
   b. School Leaving Certificate (if not available, it can be submitted later).
   c. SSSMID Number.
   d. Photocopy of the student’s previous and current class Report Card.
   e. Photocopy of Address Proof and Parent’s PAN Card / Voter ID / Aadhaar Card.
   f. Three (3) passport-size photographs of the student.
   g. Two (2) passport-size photographs of each parent. (Original documents must be presented for verification.)
3. To confirm admission, parents must submit the first-term fees via cheque or cash at the school office.
   • The student’s name and a contact number must be written on the back of the cheque.
   • Admission will only be confirmed upon payment of the first-term fees.
   • Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.

Age Criteria for Admission

• Play Group: 18 months & above as of the first day of the session.
• Nursery: 2 years 6 months & above as of the first day of the academic session.
• K.G. – I: 3 years 6 months & above as of the first day of the academic session.
• K.G. – II: 4 years 6 months & above as of the first day of the academic session.
• Class I: 5 years 6 months & above as of the first day of the academic session.
• Class II & Above: Admission will be granted based on the student’s previous school report card and the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) / School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C.).
